Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.

5 stars so far but it will depend on if I stop seeing bugs. The person who came to do the service was friendly, on time, and followed instructions to shut off lights when he left.

They are fantastic every time they come. They always make sure to check in to make sure no one has the dogs out in the backyard so they can’t escape on us which we greatly appreciate. Very friendly and do a great job

I contacted Crown and Shield to get a second opinion on an inspection report for a proper We were purchasing. They promptly came out and performed a second inspection at no charge and provided an inspection report.

They’re quote for the work was lower than the initial inspection quotes, including the fumigation, and they’re work was top notch. Branden who performed both the inspection and dod the work was very professional and addressed all of our questions.

I would highly recommend Crown and Shield.

Crown & Shield Pest Solutions has another happy customer. I had never had to call for a rodent inspection before, and the team at C&S made the end-to-end experience outstanding. Super responsive to set-up my first appointment. I recommend folks select the inspection plus trap setting option.

The technician was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful of my home. He was also conscious of my dog and was sure to tell me to avoid letting her in the yard for 2.5 hours while the treatment dries.
