Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.

David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work.
