I contacted Crown and Shield to get a second opinion on an inspection report for a proper We were purchasing. They promptly came out and performed a second inspection at no charge and provided an inspection report.

They’re quote for the work was lower than the initial inspection quotes, including the fumigation, and they’re work was top notch. Branden who performed both the inspection and dod the work was very professional and addressed all of our questions.

I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.

Crown & Shield are a cut above the rest! They’re responsive, informative, and always on time! Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! Highly recommend!

Pat is THE BEST pest control technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He comes out all the time and is ALWAYS eager to help out and it’s such a wonderful addition to our team here at Sun House Senior Apartments, a PEP Housing property. I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

David was awesome. Really tried his best to help me through seeing mouse in my kitchen!!! Thanks David for dealing with my fear of rodents🤗🤗. Problem solved. Thank you.

All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice.
