They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. The technician was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful of my home. He was also conscious of my dog and was sure to tell me to avoid letting her in the yard for 2.5 hours while the treatment dries.

They are fantastic every time they come. They always make sure to check in to make sure no one has the dogs out in the backyard so they can’t escape on us which we greatly appreciate. Very friendly and do a great job

Crown & Shield are a cut above the rest! They’re responsive, informative, and always on time! Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! Highly recommend!

I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.
