David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. This is a great company comprised of people that are true professionals and, equally important, really good people. The current ownership purchased the operation approximately 3 years ago. We had been a longtime customer prior, and the new folks, headed up by Chris and Aurora, have taken a good company and made it that much better. Great work, very fair pricing, and ALWAYS responsive when you need them. I’d give them 6 stars if it were an option.
