Brandon came out in a timely way and conducted a thorough inspection for termites rodents, etc.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work. He was very professional & kind about the request.

David was terrific. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything he was going to do, along with pricing, and completed it quickly and efficiently. He also provided tips for preventing pest issues in the future.

Pat is THE BEST pest control technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He comes out all the time and is ALWAYS eager to help out and it’s such a wonderful addition to our team here at Sun House Senior Apartments, a PEP Housing property. All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. Special shoutouts and thanks go to Peter, David, Aurora, and Stephania in particular.

Crown & Shield are a cut above the rest! They’re responsive, informative, and always on time! Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! Highly recommend!

Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very quick examined our entire house from roof, attic, underneath, and all the way around in less then an hour all while setting traps and not once waking my son from his nap. Was extremely happy with our decision to use them.
