I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward.
