Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.

Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work. He was very professional & kind about the request.

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. I contacted Crown and Shield to get a second opinion on an inspection report for a proper We were purchasing. They promptly came out and performed a second inspection at no charge and provided an inspection report.

They’re quote for the work was lower than the initial inspection quotes, including the fumigation, and they’re work was top notch. Branden who performed both the inspection and dod the work was very professional and addressed all of our questions.

I would highly recommend Crown and Shield.
