David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.
