David from Crown & Shield was great! He came out to treat my apartment kitchen for ants, he was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Today 6/6/24 was my 1st experience with Crown and Shield. I did not disappoint. To the contrary Sophia ( our Technician) was professional, thorough, efficient, and above all very engaging with a beautiful smile. Not to mention a very hard working individual. Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very quick examined our entire house from roof, attic, underneath, and all the way around in less then an hour all while setting traps and not once waking my son from his nap. Was extremely happy with our decision to use them.

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.

I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!
