I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

Sophia was efficient, respectful of the property, informative, and just all around nice.

Crown and Shield has helped to get my Spring cleaning off to an excellent start. Jordan arrived on time, was pleasant and clear about where and what he would be spraying. :)

David was our technician. Wow he knows more than I would ever want to know about pests. He was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me great tips.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work.
