They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. They are fantastic every time they come. They always make sure to check in to make sure no one has the dogs out in the backyard so they can’t escape on us which we greatly appreciate. Very friendly and do a great job
