Crown & Shield are a cut above the rest! They’re responsive, informative, and always on time! Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! Highly recommend!

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. David from Crown & Shield was great! He came out to treat my apartment kitchen for ants, he was very thorough and knowledgeable.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work. He was very professional & kind about the request.

I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

5 stars so far but it will depend on if I stop seeing bugs. The person who came to do the service was friendly, on time, and followed instructions to shut off lights when he left.

An absolutely wonderful company to work with, and Petaluma local. From the team in house scheduling to the technicians that service your home, all are incredibly nice, very responsive, help, and so professional. The only choice when taking care of your home.

David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. Their technician Brandon was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. Scheduling with their office was also smooth. The wait time was as expected to get the tech to come to my home. Overall, a very positive experience with this company. Would absolutely recommend them!
