Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very quick examined our entire house from roof, attic, underneath, and all the way around in less then an hour all while setting traps and not once waking my son from his nap. Was extremely happy with our decision to use them.

All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

We had a good experience with our visit. David helped us understand what was causing the problem and what we can do to rid our garage of rats. I would definitely call them again.

Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great!
