Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very quick examined our entire house from roof, attic, underneath, and all the way around in less then an hour all while setting traps and not once waking my son from his nap. Was extremely happy with our decision to use them.

Pat is THE BEST pest control technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He comes out all the time and is ALWAYS eager to help out and it’s such a wonderful addition to our team here at Sun House Senior Apartments, a PEP Housing property. Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!
