I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.

David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. This is a great company comprised of people that are true professionals and, equally important, really good people. The current ownership purchased the operation approximately 3 years ago. We had been a longtime customer prior, and the new folks, headed up by Chris and Aurora, have taken a good company and made it that much better. Great work, very fair pricing, and ALWAYS responsive when you need them. I’d give them 6 stars if it were an option.

The technician was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful of my home. He was also conscious of my dog and was sure to tell me to avoid letting her in the yard for 2.5 hours while the treatment dries.

Their technician Brandon was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. Scheduling with their office was also smooth. The wait time was as expected to get the tech to come to my home. Overall, a very positive experience with this company. Would absolutely recommend them!
