Dependable service and good communication

This is a great company comprised of people that are true professionals and, equally important, really good people. The current ownership purchased the operation approximately 3 years ago. We had been a longtime customer prior, and the new folks, headed up by Chris and Aurora, have taken a good company and made it that much better. Great work, very fair pricing, and ALWAYS responsive when you need them. I’d give them 6 stars if it were an option.

We have used Crown and Shield for a number of years now for rats. They have always been dependable and do a great job for us. We like supporting local businesses whenever we can.

I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. Today 6/6/24 was my 1st experience with Crown and Shield. I did not disappoint. To the contrary Sophia ( our Technician) was professional, thorough, efficient, and above all very engaging with a beautiful smile. Not to mention a very hard working individual. Crown and Shield is my new preferred company for pest solutions. Everyone I spoke to made me me valued, and David made the inspection an experience enjoyable, in addition to explaining everything he was doing along the way. Such a pleasure to work with nice honest people!

David is knowledgeable, very interactive and helpful. He helped us set up an appropriate plan right away.

I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

They are fantastic every time they come. They always make sure to check in to make sure no one has the dogs out in the backyard so they can’t escape on us which we greatly appreciate. Very friendly and do a great job
