I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.
