We have used Crown and Shield for a number of years now for rats. They have always been dependable and do a great job for us. We like supporting local businesses whenever we can.

David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. 5 stars so far but it will depend on if I stop seeing bugs. The person who came to do the service was friendly, on time, and followed instructions to shut off lights when he left.
