I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.

All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. This is a great company comprised of people that are true professionals and, equally important, really good people. The current ownership purchased the operation approximately 3 years ago. We had been a longtime customer prior, and the new folks, headed up by Chris and Aurora, have taken a good company and made it that much better. Great work, very fair pricing, and ALWAYS responsive when you need them. I’d give them 6 stars if it were an option.

I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.
