He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. I contacted Crown and Shield to get a second opinion on an inspection report for a proper We were purchasing. They promptly came out and performed a second inspection at no charge and provided an inspection report.

They’re quote for the work was lower than the initial inspection quotes, including the fumigation, and they’re work was top notch. Branden who performed both the inspection and dod the work was very professional and addressed all of our questions.
