David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.

I asked for help with rats under my mobile home, which on one occasion had gotten into the house. Brandon and the technician team set traps for the rats but none were stupid enough to get caught. The team blocked the underside of my house with cement and rocks to prevent rodent entry. About three weeks later, one rat was found in a trap. Brandon noticed that there were a few places missed on the blocking procedure and scheduled more exterior work. After that, he set more traps. He returned today and found no more rats in traps. Apparently, the rat battle has been won by the humans.
