Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.
