All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The technician was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful of my home. He was also conscious of my dog and was sure to tell me to avoid letting her in the yard for 2.5 hours while the treatment dries.

I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.
