David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very quick examined our entire house from roof, attic, underneath, and all the way around in less then an hour all while setting traps and not once waking my son from his nap. Was extremely happy with our decision to use them.
