Crown and Shield is my new preferred company for pest solutions. Everyone I spoke to made me me valued, and David made the inspection an experience enjoyable, in addition to explaining everything he was doing along the way. Such a pleasure to work with nice honest people!

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!
