David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work. He was very professional & kind about the request.

Crown and Shield is my new preferred company for pest solutions. Everyone I spoke to made me me valued, and David made the inspection an experience enjoyable, in addition to explaining everything he was doing along the way. Such a pleasure to work with nice honest people!

Today 6/6/24 was my 1st experience with Crown and Shield. I did not disappoint. To the contrary Sophia ( our Technician) was professional, thorough, efficient, and above all very engaging with a beautiful smile. Not to mention a very hard working individual. David was our technician. Wow he knows more than I would ever want to know about pests. He was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me great tips.

David was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and gave great tips to manage our ant issues.

5 stars so far but it will depend on if I stop seeing bugs. The person who came to do the service was friendly, on time, and followed instructions to shut off lights when he left.

I asked for help with rats under my mobile home, which on one occasion had gotten into the house. Brandon and the technician team set traps for the rats but none were stupid enough to get caught. The team blocked the underside of my house with cement and rocks to prevent rodent entry. About three weeks later, one rat was found in a trap. Brandon noticed that there were a few places missed on the blocking procedure and scheduled more exterior work. After that, he set more traps. He returned today and found no more rats in traps. Apparently, the rat battle has been won by the humans.

David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting. Thank you, David!

All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They're almost always able to squeeze us in for last minute or same day appointments if a new issue comes up. They tolerate my endless questions, charge a fair price, share helpful tips and best practices, and (most importantly!) have helped clear up the pest issues in our house -- ants and mice. Special shoutouts and thanks go to Peter, David, Aurora, and Stephania in particular.

David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.
