To the contrary Sophia ( our Technician) was professional, thorough, efficient, and above all very engaging with a beautiful smile. Not to mention a very hard working individual. Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!
