Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.
