So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.

I asked for help with rats under my mobile home, which on one occasion had gotten into the house. Brandon and the technician team set traps for the rats but none were stupid enough to get caught. The team blocked the underside of my house with cement and rocks to prevent rodent entry. About three weeks later, one rat was found in a trap. Brandon noticed that there were a few places missed on the blocking procedure and scheduled more exterior work. After that, he set more traps. He returned today and found no more rats in traps. Apparently, the rat battle has been won by the humans.

Crown and Shield was absolutely outstanding from squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon to the Technician Brandin's arriving on schedule, being friendly, courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and successfully treating and eliminating the pests. He followed up the next day to confirm that the treatment was successful! And all at a very fair price!

David was our technician. Wow he knows more than I would ever want to know about pests. He was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me great tips.

I have been using Crown and Shield for almost 10 years after getting a severe ant invasion in my kitchen. In those 10 years I have only ever had an ant invasion once and they came out and sorted it out the next day. Definitely recommend them.

David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.

All Crown & Shield staff, the folks at the main office and the technicians who come to our home, are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.
